Job Description
- Install and configure software and hardware.
- must dealing with ERP system .
- Manage network servers and technology tools.
- Coordinate and provide support for Firewall and network system.
- Apply a secure mechanism to ensure safe data retention and smooth retrieval in line with Good IT Practice.
- Recommend up-to-date PCs & office applications satisfying business .
- Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring, performance tuning, trouble shooting .
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
- Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in computer science or relevant studies
- MCSA and CCNA Courses is a plus.
- Work experience as a Senior System Administrator
- Good knowledge of at least one scripting language
- Knowledge of system security techniques
- Good problem-solving
