Quality Assurance Specialist

Objectives of this Role

• Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards
• Carefully maintain complaint and non conformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
• Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Conduct and follow up Inspections, Internal Audits and other QA activities.
• Report Inspections & Audit findings and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective / preventive actions.
• Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures related to quality, safety, GMP, HACCP, food safety and environment.
• Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
• Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development
• Conduct training in Quality, GMP and Food Safety topics.
