Job Description

  • Lead and direct the team to ensure the smooth operation of Property Maintenance functions
  • Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards and in a safe manner by utilizing the services of highly qualified and quality-oriented suppliers.
  • Maintain operation satisfaction with the delivery of Facility Management services and support programs to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Support compliance standards in facility management, financial management and operational policies and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s); monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) monthly to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions accordingly.
  • Conduct inspections of assigned properties proactively addressing any deficiencies and attend all meetings regarding the facility management.
  • Create and follow up on corrective work orders and preventive maintenance plan as necessary.
  • Support work order management for in house staff and third party services provider as necessary.
  • Support energy management programs to maximize energy efficiency.
  • Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained
  • Monitor and manage equipment inventory audits to ensure optimum work resources.
  • Assist in the scheduling and oversight of ongoing facilities projects.
  • Operation and maintenance of all MEP (HVAC – elevators – emergency power sources – BMS – firefighting and fire alarm systems – CCTV – domestic wear and plumbing systems )
  • Oversee the external service for the substation, emergency generator and elevators
  • Oversee Kidzania Go Installation.
  • Manage Safety and security department
  • Manage the Housekeeping and follow up with image coordinator the department consumption.
  • Act as Duty manager as assigned and follow the Duty manager standards operating procedures

Job Requirements

  • Electric, Mechanic, Civil Engineer or Major in Architecture or any relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years’ of progressive management experience with strong knowledge and understanding of the Engineering and Maintenance process in commercial buildings
  • Knowledge of accommodation building preferred
  • Experience in preventative maintenance, energy management, fire safety, and Health safety
  • Previous management experience involving maintenance of Budget, Forecasting, inventory & cost control, as well as budget preparation is an asset
