Job Description

Payroll Specialist

  • A reputable factory located in 6th October is hiring Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and approve both overtime hours
  • Update the attendance plan and leave staff and divide them and put them in groups commensurate with their work schedules annually and updated monthly.
  • A review tax deduction, social insurance and private medical insurance
  • Responsible for the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for employees in the company through the payroll system HRMS
  • Responsible for coordinating payroll and effects to ensure payroll validity.
  • Analyze salary costs by department/cost center and make necessary reports.
  • Preparing annual salary increase reports
  • Sent Payroll Sheet to the accounting department monthly
  • Calculate adjustments for employees

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree of any discipline.
  • Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software (and databases)
