Job Description
- Manage all social media campaigns to engage customers and customer satisfaction.
- Creation of contents that drives brand and engages customers.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content.
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in the social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
- Hands on experience in content management.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Experience in medical social media.
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, and SEO.
- Fluent English.
