Engineering Manager | Fayoum

• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations of the plant.
• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
• Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping and Silo's Management aligned with Production manager.
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus Lead & Develop the plant leadership team with trust, passion & a can-do mindset.
• Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets Address employees issues or grievances.
• In charge of the overall operational performance of our production plant
• Ensure optimization and continuous improvement of all operational processes; "operational excellence" is the ultimate goal
• Together with the Technical Director you are responsible for budgeting and KPI planning, especially in terms of capacity and investment planning
• Ensure optimum customer support and optimization of the supply chain
• Perform in compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Responsible for the development of your team
