Job Description
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making daily appointments.
- Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.
- Preparing important events, hotel reservations and car rentals.
- Ensure office policies and procedures are being adhered to.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
