Job Description
- Design information flow that best suit business needs, with respect to business changes, best practices, internal& External feedback and customer complaints.
- Coordinate and manage process excellence activities with internal stake holder to tackle improvement areas at information flow.
- Reflect enhanced workflow on company policies and procedures.
- Responsible of annual internal audit program effectiveness for all operational activities.
- Study customer complaints, raise necessary corrective and preventive actions, follow up complaint closure.
I had assigned as a project manager for many internal turn key projects that take place at different business areas (Supply Chain – Capacity Calculation – ERP Project Implementation - Layout optimization – Financial process documentation …etc.)
Since 2009, I started to lead a team of 3 quality engineers, to develop quality assurance activities and internal audit program. Since then, I managed QA team performance set their KPIS, and follow up targets achieving.
I successfully trained more than 4 engineers whom internally headhunted to various positions.
Job Requirements
- +4 years of experience in the same position.
- Bachelor of Industrial Engineering or Engineering Production Mechanics.
- Preferably Experience in formwork and scaffolding field
- Saturday and Friday off
