Job Description
- Shall be responsible for preparing designs of HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing systems.
- Shall be responsible for preparing shop drawings of HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing systems.
- Coordinating with other discipline works and producing composite shop drawings.
- Shall be responsible for creating and developing refrigeration and heating.
- Systems for residential and commercial buildings.
- Perform AC load estimation calculations and ventilation calculations as per the relevant codes and building requirements.
- Preparing Material Submittals.
- Quantity Survey for Material.
- Preparing Purchasing Orders.
- Preparing sales Orders.
- Preparing As-Built Drawings.
- Preparing Invoices.
- Planning and organizing.
Job Requirements
- An adept user of engineering drafting software such as AutoCAD 2D, Revit MEP, and MS
- Skilled in engineering drafting.
- Has suitable background knowledge of the relevant HVAC, FF and Plumbing engineering concepts and codes.
- Very Good in English.
- Ability to work as a co-operative team member.
- Well organized.
