Job Description
- Attract new customers, maintaining and developing existing accounts.
- Interface with the customers to understand the customer's overall objectives and requirements.
- Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.
- Contact customers on a regular basis to maintain account relationships.
- Advise customers of products and services offered and obtains feedback on service products.
- Share details with customers on additional offerings to provide value added service.
- Expedite the resolution of customer concerns.
- Prepare and conducts service presentations to the customer Contributes to the quarterly/annual business forecasting by providing account trends and future customer needs.
- Follow up on communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare periodical reports that summarize the sales activities and performance achieved.
- Employees are expected, and must be able to perform all such duties and task.
Job Requirements
- Previous Sales Experience, in shipping, Logistics and Freight forwarding industry.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a car.
- Must have proven leadership and team-building experience.
- Must have good computer skills.
- Must be organized and a good communicator.
- Must have a strong work ethic and good problem-solving skills.
- Must be mentally and emotionally capable of handling high-stress environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Administration or Logistics field.
