Job Description

    • Attract new customers, maintaining and developing existing accounts.
    • Interface with the customers to understand the customer's overall objectives and requirements.
    • Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.
    • Contact customers on a regular basis to maintain account relationships.
    • Advise customers of products and services offered and obtains feedback on service products.
    • Share details with customers on additional offerings to provide value added service.
    • Expedite the resolution of customer concerns.
    • Prepare and conducts service presentations to the customer Contributes to the quarterly/annual business forecasting by providing account trends and future customer needs.
    • Follow up on communications in a timely and professional manner.
    • Prepare periodical reports that summarize the sales activities and performance achieved.
    • Employees are expected, and must be able to perform all such duties and task.

    Job Requirements

    • Previous Sales Experience, in shipping, Logistics and Freight forwarding industry.
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and a car.
    • Must have proven leadership and team-building experience.
    • Must have good computer skills.
    • Must be organized and a good communicator.
    • Must have a strong work ethic and good problem-solving skills.
    • Must be mentally and emotionally capable of handling high-stress environment.
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Administration or Logistics field.
