- Business development manager to b responsible for growing the Human Resources outsourcing business.
Responsibilities:
- Market analysis and pursuit of opportunities ( Local, Domestic & Offshore )
- Preparing the sales plan with all related requirements.
- Proposals , bidding , presentations.
- Attend events and conferences.
- Open new markets with service's delivery standards.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HRO related business development.
- Records of achievements in same filed is required.
- Ability for travelling
- Business network will be an asset.
