Job Description
- Establishing what the clients want to achieve and the budget available for the project
- Developing initial ideas and concepts.
- Producing designs using hand drawings and computer aided designs (CAD), showing how the spaces inside the building will be organized, constructed and finished.
- Ensuring all proposals comply with the relevant regulations.
- Producing detailed drawings
- Consider how the space will be used and how people will move through the space
- Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layouts
- Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures
Job Requirements
Proficiency in:
- 3d Max modeling &V-Ray
- AutoCAD 2d drawings
- Adobe Photoshop
- Freehand sketching in a plus
