Job Description

  • Dealing with government agencies to complete any procedures related to the management of the mall.
  • Follow-up the implementation of all items of external contracts for the operation and maintenance of the mall.
  • Follow-up the Mall security and the efficiency of security plans and the availability of means of security, safety and security.
  • Follow-up permits to enter and exit materials to and from the mall.
  • Hold and follow up weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Renew and implement a plan to respond to emergencies and potential accidents with the maintenance manager periodically.
  • Follow-up operation and maintenance, through the approved operating schedules and periodic maintenance.
  • Review and follow up the process of collecting operating and maintenance expenses from customers with the mall coordinator.
  • Review, follow up and extract permits for any modifications made by customers in addition to the unit, whether modification / new construction and refer to the manager of the mall or to the President of the Union of Occupants.
  • Review and follow-up cleaning work in the mall.
  • Review and follow up maintenance of road works and street lighting and public areas.
  • Follow up the work of agriculture with the engineer of agriculture.
  • Coordination between the various departments in the mall.
  • Advocate and comply with company policies, and act as a role model for company rules and values.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Minimum 10 years in experience in same field.
  • Enjoy intelligent and innovative thinking and creative.

  • Ability to plan and organize.

  • High ability to lead and make decisions.
