Job Description:
- In this role, the incumbent would be responsible for the development and maintenance of a standardized suite of Digital Marketing business reports, across the entire Automotive organization (UAE and Overseas).
- The incumbent would also need to manage and continually develop the proprietary Al-Futtaim Automotive Insights & Analytics platform (developed on Tableau, Data Studio & Alteryx).
- This would entail, Maintenance & Hygiene, Reports / Dashboard Creation and Data Visualization
Performance Reporting
- Provide objective and transparent analysis of digital data, using proven methodologies to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for investment Monthly media spend & performance dashboards
- Monthly digital reporting scorecards
- Extract/generate periodic customized/standard reports as required
- Synthesize information from various sources / partners i.e. CRM, SAP Hybris, Google Analytics 360, Sprinklr, Media, XL to prepare reports as required.
- Delivery of the daily, weekly and monthly reports/ dashboard that drills down to channel / source level
- Weekly Run Rate comparisons to all relevant stakeholders
- To organize monthly workshops with business to review reports and implement suggested improvements.
- Delivery of the monthly digital scorecard to monitor all key digital performance metrics
Insights Platform Development/ Support
- Continually develop the Automotive Insights Portal
- Work with Brands / Businesses on the adoption and usage of the platform
- Develop new delivery channels (such as mobile app) for the insight’s platform
- Work with agency partners to continually evolve the platform and digest new data sources where required.
- Liaise with business and IT for follow ups
- Initiate and facilitate change request workshops
- Update SOPs to reflect system and process changes
- Track, measure and drive platform adoption
- Work closely with key stakeholders to identify insight needs, agreeing data sets and requirements for KPI monitoring.
Website Analytics
- Prepare and analyse various reports to monitor effectiveness of targeted direct marketing programs vs website performance
- Analysing online user behaviour, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution
- Performing analyse on conversion optimisation and develop conversion optimisation strategies based on solid analytical data.
- Understand and champion the use of audience insights data and how to get the best from it, making recommendations for future activity
- Development of actionable insights provide to brand and agency partners to improve overall media performance.
- Development of customer web journeys to optimise the overall funnel performance of the website.
- Develop and highlight key remarketing audiences based on the combination of website and 1st party data.
- Act as the senior support function in relation to digital analytics, troubleshooting complex issues and making recommendations for development.
Customer & Competition Analytics
- Develop audience demographics and profile segmentation recommendations for use in CRM campaigns.

Job Requirements
- Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Excellent IT skills including expert knowledge and experience of database structures, Analytics systems
- Minimum Experience: 3-5 years similar experience (at least 4 years Digital Analytics experience)
Job-Specific Skills:
- Strong Relationship skills (as will be required to interact with different internal business units)
- Highly analytical with the ability and knowledge analytical tools.
- Excellent data management and problem-solving skills
- Experience is Tableau, Data Studio & Alteryx is an advantage but not essential
- Experience in an analytical role with vast quantities of data to drive informed decision making
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of digital marketing reporting technologies and processes.
- Expert in using tools/ applications for data manipulation, analysis and charting
