- Participate in business planning with the front line management to develop a marketing & communications strategy that is based on global marketing strategies and local business requirements and consistent with Majorel overall mission, vision, and objectives.
- Support the achievement of business goals by managing the reputation and the brand of Majorel according to global guidelines.
- Support sales and increase customer loyalty by implementing and following-up marketing activities for different market and customer segments.
- Able to work across business groups to align and amplify global marketing efforts and lead the development of connected business growth programs.
- Create and execute innovative strategies and marketing plans that spread awareness, engagement and services adoption.
- Support Majorel’s objectives through Internal communications: Communicating the company vision and strategic development programs to employees according to global guidelines.
- Identify and anticipate the need for change-management communications and provide strategic insight.
- Oversee stakeholder relationships, provide and distribute local news according to global guidelines and regulations. Support global news with localized content and media distribution when possible.
- Serve as a role model in enhancing the company vision.
