Job Description
- Advise clients on all matters pertaining to multilingual communication.
- Welcomes visitors/clients by greeting them, in person or by email or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence like e-mail, letters, packages etc.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized, easily accessible & secure
- Manage client expectations and partner with the production team to provide clients with innovative solutions.
- Maintain, develop, map, and penetrate existing clients’ organizations to gain in-depth understanding of their long-term goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent/Fluent in English language spoken and written.
- Experience in offshore customer service or face to face customer service is a MUST
- Hands-on client management experience.
- Customer-service focused.
- Interpersonal and professional communication skills.
