Job Description
- Unification and polishing of the growing group’s visual identity across all media and platforms, be it print, signage, or online
- Ownership of the company’s Corporate identity manual
- Overall responsibility on all production materials final quality and their true interpretation of the design
- Development of booklets/brochures/posters
- Managing production agencies, and following up on production processes till final delivery on time and in full
- Selection of production material, and material grade to ensure cost effectiveness and best representation of the overall design
- Evaluating current suppliers and identification of their strength and weaknesses
- Work closely cross functionally within the marketing department on creative communication design solutions for online, animatics, ads, events, print material, and campaigns
- Create ideas/ critique own ideas and defend own ideas (open minded and impersonal)
- On occasions, handle small projects with other departments within CHG.
- Lead the process of revamping the company visual identity at a later stage.
- Design for website ads and banners.
Job Requirements
- Strong qualifications in design/ motion graphics
- 4-5 years in graphic design preferably within an agency or within a marketing department
- Fine/Applied arts graduate is a plus
- Excellent working knowledge with different design soft-wares that are fit for purposes listed above
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Patient, neat, accurate, and thoughtful
- Eye for beauty and aesthetics
- Can articulate and critique own work and ideas.
