Job Description

Note, We're Global Glass Company, One of ARMA Group.

  • Supervises the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Department ( Administration section ) to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures
  • Follow the implementation of administrative services (Buffet - cleaner - Agriculture)
  • Complete Checklist, follow up workers' compliance with uniform, policies, standards, and regulations.
  • Prepare new suppliers' record, and contact with suppliers of daily labor.
  • Update for car files, ensure the cleanliness of cars, review license and compulsory insurance model.
  • Follow up daily attendance for employees of administrative services, and follow-up to cleaner, agriculture, and the quality of the food.
  • Provide first aid for workers and arranging periodic examination dates and follow-up treatment for patients
  • Prepare account statements between the Group and suppliers (SAP).
  • Extract medical care ID for workers and follow up any case of unsatisfactory
  • Prepare purchase request (PR) for equipment needed for the department.
  • Ensure that all activities are monitored and regulatory compliance audits and inspections are conducted for the effective implementation of regulatory standards.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, or equivalent.
  • Males Only.
  • 10th of Ramadan Resident, Obour resident, or Sharkia Resident.

Experience:

  • 1 year relevant experience in human resource - Administration.

Competencies:

  • Cost analysis control
  • Knowledge in safety and hygiene
  • Knowledge in a variety of suppliers.
  • Performance management.
