Job Description
- Designing, analyzing, and altering plans, prototypes or structures.
- Assisting team members with project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Identifying and solving problems in building plans, prototypes, and structures.
- Ensuring building systems are functional, reliable, and safe..
- Preparing presentations for Architectural projects using different programs
- Putting the main concepts and masses for several projects
- Responsible of putting space program for all projects
- Responsible for preparing of architectural documents,perspectives , sketches and presentation drawings
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Architectural Engineering
- Not less 10 years experience preferred at Real Estate companies
- Extensive knowledge in using Revit , AutoCade,Photoshop,3D Max and Microsoft office
- Current knowledge of industry trends, technology, codes, and regulations.
- The ability to diagram designs both manually and with computer-aided drafting
