Job Description
- Shall be responsible for completing the shop drawings for designed HVAC systems.
- Coordinating with other discipline works and producing composite shop drawings.
- Shall be responsible for creating and developing refrigeration and heating
- Systems for residential and commercial buildings.
- Perform AC load estimation calculations and ventilation calculations as per the relevant codes and building requirements.
- Preparing Material Submittals
- Quantity Survey for Material
- Preparing Purchasing Orders
- Preparing sales Orders
- Preparing As-Built Drawings
- Preparing Invoices
- Planning and organizing.
Job Requirements
- Adept user of engineering drafting software such as AutoCAD 2D, Revit MEP and MS
- Skilled in engineering drafting.
- Has a suitable background knowledge of the relevant HVAC engineering concepts and codes.
- Very Good in English
- Ability to work as a co-operative team member
- Well organized
- Ready to join in two weeks to one month.
