Job Description
- Supervising the company's cases and abuses.
- Lead and develop legal department and develop a strategy aligned with business plans.
- Drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts and other legal documents.
- Representing the company in every aspect of litigation before the Egyptian courts, and take legal action to protect the company from any risks.
- Investigation of violations of company regulations and provides legal opinion on legal action.
- Dealing with the Government agencies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in law with grate good at least.
- 10 -15 Years’ experience.
- Very good command in English (Writing and Speaking).
- Very Good abilities on contract writing (Arabic & English) and other legal memos.
- Specialized in Corporate, Commercial law is an asset
