Job Description
- Ticketing reservation Agent ( Amadeus )
- Receiving Inbound Calls & Handling Queries of Travel Services.
- Maintaining Customer Satisfaction.
- Issuing, modifying or cancelling flight tickets
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
- Confirm and modify flight reservations
- Booking all Travel Services needed
- Provide quick response to urgent cases
Job Requirements
- Graduates ONLY & Bachelor Degree Holders.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Location is 6th October City
- Amadeus certificate is preferable.
- Knowledge of travel industry terminology and good grasp of geographical flight routes/airports especially for GCC market.
- Willing to work on rotational shifts
- Call Center Background.
