Job Description

  • Ticketing reservation Agent ( Amadeus )
  • Receiving Inbound Calls & Handling Queries of Travel Services.
  • Maintaining Customer Satisfaction.
  • Issuing, modifying or cancelling flight tickets
  • Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations
  • Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
  • Confirm and modify flight reservations
  • Booking all Travel Services needed
  • Provide quick response to urgent cases

Job Requirements

  • Graduates ONLY & Bachelor Degree Holders.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Location is 6th October City
  • Amadeus certificate is preferable.
  • Knowledge of travel industry terminology and good grasp of geographical flight routes/airports especially for GCC market.
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts
  • Call Center Background.
