Job Description
Job Scope/Purpose: is to create and monitor a Quality System in Breadfast that fits our needs
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures that CCPs (Critical Control Points) monitoring system is implemented and timely reported.
- Implements MSCS (Master Cleaning Schedule) with Hygiene &Sanitation Team
- Follow up the progress of IPM (Integrated Pest Management)
- Reports FSNM (Food Safety Near Miss), as also follow up actions taken and closer
- Ensures that all Food Safety standards and PRPs (Pre requisites’ Program) are implemented
- Responsible for product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process
- Responsible for performing sanitation verification testing on equipment and other areas required
- Responsible for the correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and Documentation
- Ensures the correct recipe guidelines for products are met during processing
- Ensures employees are following all Food Safety and worker safety practices
- Ensures and educates employees on food safety standards
- Collect product samples for Product Development, lab retains and the laboratory
- Perform inspections on Products, Equipment and Machinery
- Conducts temperature checks on products and ensure all HACCP, and Heath Authority rules and regulations are followed and manage log books
- Monitors customer specifications to ensure proper weight and appearance of products produced
- Communicates products that do not meet specification or quality to the unit production manager
- Reports violations to management & to issue disciplinary action
- Ensures proper color codes are marked on the products produced
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications/Skill Set:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1-4 years' experience
- Food Science and / Dairy background / or Bakery Background
- Food Safety knowledge
