Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
- Responsible for Achieving Annual Turnover with planned Gross Margin, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and ensuring the on time contract renewal, Ensure a reduced breakdown ratio or in line with manufacturer standards and achieve casual jobs as budgeted.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- To ensure the AMC contracts are renewed on time with increased rate
- To ensure the AMC & Casual job payments are collected on time
- To ensure the Profit and Loss rate achieved as per budget.
- To ensure customers are satisfied during the maintenance and renew the contract on time
- To ensure the customer satisfaction survey are done yearly and customer complaints are addressed promptly on time.
- Identify the potential customers and submit the quote for equipment upgradation and convert to casual job orders
- Conduct market study and ascertain the old unit and convert to modernization jobs,
- Engineer should be able to meet and minimize the breakdown ratio as targeted, liaising with Manufactures and ensuring the equipment’s are shutdown not more than 24 hours
- Ensuring the PPM & Repair works are carried as per schedule
- Ensure the spares parts available to maintain the equipment as per manufacturer standards
- Ensure the replacement of defective spares are done proactively in line with manufacturer recommendations
- Plan effectively for completion of casual jobs.
- Understand client’s requirement and develop quality plan.
- Adhere to Quality Procedures of company QMS, maintain the reports.
- Organize Third party inspections as per client requirements and ensure no major snags.
- Good knowledge in international / local standards
- Able to train the service team regularly to attend breakdowns in multiple brands
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications, Certification and Knowledge:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics & Communication discipline
- Good knowledge in MS office
- Experience in SAP is added advantage
- Should possess UAE Driving License.
Minimum Experience:
- 15 years of experience in elevator field with 10year in the position of Service Supervisor/ Engineer
- Experience in GCC countries is added advantage
Job-Specific Skills:
- Strong Analytical and Trouble shooting skills
- Understanding of Commercial/Financial Terms and revenue realising
- Create inquiries for upgradation/modernization of elevators/escalators
- Understanding the international standards of equipment’s
- Preparation of Method Statements for Repair and casual jobs.
