Job Description
- Create architectural designs based on customer input and feedback
- Make the required architectural amendments and changes as per the instructions
- Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
- Matching the contractual drawings of the client with what is executed on site.
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
Job Requirements
- Hospitals projects background is preferred
- Proven working experience as an architect
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (photoshop, 3D Max, AutoCAD and Revit)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management skills.
- Very good command of spoken and written and Arabic.
