Maintenance Supervisor (Elevators & Escalators)

JOB PURPOSE:

• Responsible for Achieving Annual Turnover with planned Gross Margin, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction, Safety and Quality, Ensure a reduced breakdown ratio or in line with manufacturer standards and achieve casual jobs as budgeted.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• To support the AMC contracts are renewed on time and new contract upon expiry of Warranty period.
• To ensure the AMC & Casual job payments are collected on time
• To ensure customers are satisfied during the maintenance and renew the contract on time.
• To ensure the customer satisfaction survey are done yearly and customer complaints are addressed promptly on time.
• Identify the potential customers and support engineer to submit the quote for equipment upgradation/Modernization and convert to casual job orders.
• Supervisor should be able to meet and minimize the breakdown ratio as targeted, liaising with Manufactures and ensuring the equipment’s are shutdown not more than 24 hours
• Ensuring the PPM & Repair works are carried as per schedule
• Ensure the replacement of defective spares are done proactively in line with manufacturer recommendations and ensure availability of spare parts.
• Plan effectively for completion of casual jobs.
• Adhere to Quality Procedures of company QMS, maintain the reports and doing regular Safety Inspection.
• Ensure no major snags during Third party inspections.
• Able to train the service team regularly to attend breakdowns in multiple brands
• Ensure service teams are trained for new product upgrades
• Adhere to and ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures
• Achieve company’s HSE objectives.
