Job Description

  • Generate and prepare all community management required reports such as but not limited to operational reports / pending cases / violations.
  • Responsible of system enhancements within the community team and manage the implementation of automation plan.
  • Set clear team goals, delegate tasks and set deadlines.
  • Responsible of improve and manage the administrative office systems and processes to increase efficiency.
  • Manage and monitor the archiving system overall soft and hard copies.
  • Manage and update data to maintain departmental records, letters, logs such as but not limited (correspondence, communications, Memos, Gas Payments and letters, violation claims.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure that the daily operations are in line with Emaar Misr for Developments objectives.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience and familiarity with internal systems such as: Oracle, WeCare, SAP, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • In-depth knowledge of utilizing Big Data and translating Data-Sets to analysis, observations, and assumptions.
  • Preferable to have mastered excel equations, functions, and pivot tables.
  • Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and able to function in a demanding/dynamic work environment.
