Job Description

  • Providing different sources to get the best people in different jobs taking into account the use of the latest means of employment by following all that is new through the Internet and the labor market so that it is compatible with the company's human resources system.
  • Make necessary adjustments to the database of candidates for posts in a continuous way by adding new candidates and daily interviews to enrich the database.
  • Modify the plan of appointments based on periods according to the needs of the company in various sectors and submit them to the Director of Human Resources
  • Work to complete the vacancies in various sectors of companies based on he forms of employment application adopted by conducting interviews with several candidates for the best selection and nomination to the requesting administration
  • Discuss the presentation of the work with the candidate selected for the post according to the approved salary scale.
  • Follow-up procedures of the recruitment process, whether receipt of the reasons for the appointment and delivery to the Personnel Affairs Officer or the liberalization of employment contracts and to inform the requesting administration and all departments concerned on the date of receipt of the work
  • Work a monthly report of new appointments and send it to the supervisor of personnel and supervisor benefits and benefits to take the necessary
  • Dealing with recruitment offices or subscriptions to employment websites
  • Announcement of jobs available in the company (internal advertisement - external newspaper)
  • End of service interviews, reports and analysis to find out the real reasons behind the termination of the company's employees.
  • Conduct annual evaluations of all employees of the company to follow up with the managers of departments
  • Completion of internal transfers of employees of the company, whether within the same department or different departments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Computer skills
  • Experience at least four years
  • High skill in observation and internal and external communication
  • Training courses are preferred
