Job Description

Head of Marketing Communications - Toyota (Head Office) Al Futtaim - Dubai

Reporting to: General Manager – Brand and Marketing – Toyota

  • To strategist and develop all Marketing communication plans / assets, in line with Toyota Motor Corporation approach, to define and manage Brand positioning for increased Brand power in all channels in Sales (including Pre-Owned), After Sales and Parts.
  • To lead and provide innovative Marketing Strategy and implementation for Toyota Brand across all channels to support business objectives for new car sales for all channels, After sales, Parts and Used Cars. Leading role to enhance brand image and customer perception to increase Brand equity and support price premium vs. competition.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Degree in Marketing or Business-related field
  • MBA with specialization in Marketing preferred

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum 10 year work experience in a multinational Sales & Marketing environment in leading Automotive brands or agency servicing the latter
  • Multi Market experience
  • Toyota Way Business Practice is an advantage
  • Distributor and OEM experience is an advantage

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Strategic and structured business, sales & marketing understanding - long term and short term
  • Analytical, data driven outlook with focus on sales results and measurable KPIs
  • Advertising offline and online,

  • Media planning
  • Operational, fast to assess situation, recommend and act
  • B2C and B2B sales is an advantage
  • After Sales Marketing is an advantage
