Job Description

  • Responsible for the day to day running of the reception area.
  • Ensure that all telephone calls are answered within three rings and that corporate greetings are used.
  • Convey any message to staff who were unavailable at the time of the call.
  • Greet visitors and ensure they are met by a DHL staff member.
  • Prepare outbound shipments received from staff within Egypt.
  • Manifest outbound shipment using the Shipment Processing System

Job Requirements

  • Presentable
  • Fluent English Language.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Excel, World & Power Point
  • Gender: Females Only.
