Job Description
The BA will work alongside other business analysts and report directly to the project manager.
The main tasks will include;
- Performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing user-acceptance testing.
- To succeed in this role, BA should have a natural analytical way of thinking, and communications skills to be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
- Evaluating business processes
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes
- Performing requirements analysis
- Anticipating requirements
- Uncovering areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing solutions
- Developing optimization strategies
- Staying up-to-date on latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Documenting and communicating work results
- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
Job Requirements
Successful candidates should have the following:
- A bachelor degree in information technology, computer science or related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in business analysis
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to influence and work with others to determine acceptable solutions
- Good experience in documentation and creating detailed reports
- Good knowledge of MS applications; such as, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in leading and developing top-performing teams
- Track record of Following through commitments
- Track record of leading and supporting successful projects
This is an immediate requirement in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Eligible candidates, outside UAE, MUST be immediately available for procedures of placement and work in Abu Dhabi within 1 to 2 weeks.
