Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor QA Engineers.
- Define, develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes.
- Provide senior level strategic thinking and leadership in the area of QA and risk management.
- Track quality assurance metrics and work with tech leads to improve results.
- Stay up to date with new testing tools and strategies.
- Combine different testing methods and approaches to ensure best testing coverage.
- Designing and implementing a state-of-the-art QA system to safeguard a flexible and continuously evolving platform.
- Continuously improving product quality and stability while maintaining the level of developer productivity by applying innovative QA practices.
- Collaborating with a team of product managers, developers, DevOps engineers and executive stakeholders.
- Design, develop and maintain automation frameworks.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 8+ year of experience in software testing.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in leading technical teams and developing/mentoring others.
- Experience in manual testing.
- Experience in automation testing.
- Experience in Functional and UI testing (mobile, tablet and desktop).
- Experience in developing, documenting and coordinating the deployment of manual and automated tests for complex systems
- Experience in using Selenium, PowerShell, and SQL is preferred.
- Strong project management skills, preferably with software testing or operations.
- Strong focus on customer experience, curiosity about how things fit together and a passion for driving improvements to raise the overall quality level of our software and operations environments.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment where every change affects the experience of millions of customers.
