Job Description
- Prepare tender Budgets and bills of quantities.
- Assess and create comparison sheets for S/C offers.
- Truck change to the design and construction work and adjust the budget projections accordingly.
- BOQ Update the Expected Final cost through a project life cycle.
- Review and Approve S/C invoices for several disciplines.
- Create a Performance and Progress Reports for all projects.
- Generate Projects Monthly cost control Report.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil engineering.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in engineering Design contractor or consultant of residential projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and Tenacious.
- Willing to share Information and develop Junior staff.
