Job Description
- Liaises with Demand forecasting /Manufacturing teams to Plan for Supplying Future Sales needs
- Liaise with Finance & demand Forecasting in Long/Short term Planning & Budget Planning
- Places orders for future needs (MPS) based on agreed lead time & Other Shipping Criteria
- Coordinate with internal Partners to insure the smooth Ordering Process (Regulatory, Finance, Logistics …)
- Maintains the Master List that includes all Supply Planning Information (lead time, Min order Quantity) for each product.
- Day-to-Day manage the inventory based on Sales Trend, On -hand/On transit quantity
- Liaise with Demand Planning /Local Marketing to Utilize Excess
- Ensure the smoothness of Data Flow among different IT systems
- Plan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for Local Requirements Procurement
- Reporting to management and advising on process improvements the Inventory
- Plan & work on Achieving Agreed KPI’s -OFR/PFR, Inventory Level , Excess Ratio.
Job Requirements
- Very Good Command of English
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the field.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office especially database & spreadsheet.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
