Job Description
Role Purpose
Efficiency control of documents and apply the standard and procedures
Key Accountabilities
- Providing key stakeholders, both internal and external, with accurate, quality and reliable documentation by controlling the additions and modifications of internal and external documents and records. Facilitate the generation and maintenance of Document Registers and Transmittal Records as appropriate.
- Provide a proactive and supportive approach for the creation, transmittal, search, and retrieval of documents for CFC, including distribution of incoming documents and the progressing/tracking of responses to these documents
- Managing the accuracy of Documents
- Provide accurate, quality and reliable documentation for control
- Direct liaison with external partners as required
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Degree and equivalent experience
- Good understanding of document management processes in a highly regulated environment
- A thorough knowledge of document management processes in a highly regulated environment
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
Minimum Experience: 4-6 years of experience in same field
Job-Specific Skills:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adopt Acrobat professional
- Proficient in the use of Document Control Programs
