Job Description
Job Purpose
- Developing and implementing initiatives projects that align workforce with strategic business objectives and Implement major changes in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Organization Development:
- Lead performance management process and consult line managers to track and monitor employees performance
- Maintain & update the organizational chart on monthly basis
- Conduct job analysis and maintain the update of job descriptions for the whole organization
- Conduct TNA and manage annual training plan development and implementation
- Develop an annual training budget and monitor the spending
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation program
Talent Acquisitions:
- Sources and attracts candidates by using different channels
- Screens candidates’ resumes and job applications, and conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Conducts HR interviews and manage the technical interview process
- Issues regular reports as requested
Job Requirements
Candidates’ requirements:
Previous Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in talent management
Education:
- BSc of Business Administration or relevant field, HR diploma or certificate is an asset.
