Job Description

  • Defining the scope of the project in collaboration with PMO Manager
  • Creating a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully determining the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project.
  • Developing a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
  • Reviewing the project schedule with the PMO Manager and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.
  • Developing forms and records to document project activities.
  • Setting up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
  • Monitoring and reporting the progress of projects.
  • Establishing a communication schedule to update stakeholders in the organization on the progress of the project.
  • Monitoring all budgeted project expenditures.

Job Requirements

  • University Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field.
  • Very Good Command of English Language (written & spoken).
  • Professional in using Microsoft Office.
  • PMP is preferable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, data display and reporting skills.
