Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Fast and accurately execute illegal content and violations, including pictures, livestreaming, short video, text, etc., be responsible for the community’s content security
- Find clues of illegal content violations cases within the platform, summarize features, types, data and info of the illegal behaviors, and timely report to supervisors
- Collect illegal key words, regularly add to and maintain the regional sensitive words lexicon
Job Requirements
- Accept shifts including 3 shifts and night shifts
- Be familiar with internet laws, know the trend of online content security
- Be with excellent team spirit, good communication skills, self-motivation and timely feedback
- Be patient and calm, have strong sense of responsibility, quick reaction and implementation, be able to work under pressure
- Good English
- Accept to review illegal contents
- Min 1 year experience in customer service or call center
