Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Employees’ Capability building plans.
- Facilitating trainings and learning sessions.
- Job descriptions updating according to the specifics of each factory.
- Skill Assessment for Engineers.
- Working with engineers in assessing the shop floor’s skill level.
- Supporting factory team in providing training to shop floor.
- Absenteeism Analysis for factory shop floor and enforcing actions accordingly.
- Closely investigate Human Errors with the related engineer and work on actions to eliminate.
- Developing a motivation system and events to help in engagement of employees in WCM.
Job Requirements
Skill and Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering/Business Administration
- Strong communication skills
- Passionate for Human Resources and a people's person
