Job Description
- Arranges training needs identification report for all departments before year start.
- Prepares training plan for the whole year including performance management system.
- Coordinates training schedule and logistics
- Attends and evaluate the training venue, facilitator and arrangement on daily bases.
- Ensures the efficiency of the training by training evaluation of participants.
- Provides training effectiveness with coordination with managers after 3 months of joining.
- Conduct HR projects with coordination of HR superiors.
- Follow HSE instructions in his area specially Using of computer and proper setting position
- Follows environmental protection instruction in his area specially dealing with waste management and saving energy.
- Follows company policies (Food safety, HSE, environmental, sharp control and entrance of production hall).
- Applies documents and records approved in management system (BRC, ISO 9001, OHSAS and EMS).
- Follows emergency plans in case of any emergencies or trail.
- Arranges training needs identification for awareness programs related to Food safety, HSE, environmental)
Job Requirements
- Business administration degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar Industry handling training and development
Technical and Behavioral Skills
- Very good command of English
- Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people's attitudes when necessary
- Problem-solving
- Negotiation skills
