Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on- time, within scope and within budget.

Minimum 5 years experience in handling small to mid.sized projects as a project lead (mobile) with 7+ years of overall experience in software industry.
Excellent communication skills with good spoken/written English.
Experience in project estimation, planning, scheduling, tracking, risk management, defect management and status reporting.
Ability to implement optimized processed for small to mid.sized projects, which result in assured quality for the customer.
Experience in various software development methodologies suited for small to mid.sized companies.
Experience in agile is a must.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to counsel and motivate team members.
Experience working with cross functional teams in a software development environment.
2-5 years experience in development of Native (Android or IOS) or Hy-bird app.
