Job Description

  • Developing and updating the company job descriptions as well as the organization/departmental structures in cooperation with the OD section head and line managers.
  • Developing and updating competency model and link the model to the selection, performance appraisal and training systems.
  • Working with the OD section head in executing the performance management system, ensuring the identification of the individual training needs.
  • Participating in formulating and updating the company in–house training system.
  • Participating in the HR committee used for evaluating the jobs.
  • Collecting information about the market regarding the salary ranges and using the data in creating the grading system and salary structure.
  • Recording all changes in the HR scorecards and ensuring the system is updated.
  • Providing employees with information about HR policies, rules and regulations, job duties, working conditions, salaries, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
  • Conducting the needed visits to departments’ to ensure commitment for the OD systems and giving the needed advice for improvement.
  • Ensuring effective implementation to the HR policies and procedures.
  • Participating in the opinion surveys and rap sessions, making the analysis, providing and implementing recommendations.
  • Participating in the preparation of the HR monthly report regarding issues as internal mobility, professional & social activities and grievances.
  • Creating, developing and updating positions, structures & competencies on the ERP system.
  • Developing self, and maintaining knowledge in relevant field at all times.
