Job Description

    • To be responsible for managing the Customers problems, to coordinate the solution between all parties (Customer Experience department, Call center etc.)
    • To be responsible for coordinating E-Commerce Ship from Store operations (stores personnel education, collection of the goods, co-ordination with cargo company and bank etc.) end to end in the country.
    • To trace all the processes of E-Commerce in the country and inform or warn the parties about new problems and irregular situations
    • Following up E-Commerce trade and our competitors in the country and preparing reports about the online and Offline trade, collecting data about the current campaigns at the online and offline competitors, collecting data from the customers about their apparel shopping preferences
    • Checking our website regularly and inform the related departments about translation errors, systematical problems, wrong communications etc.
    • To work coordinated with the Project team for testing the website.

              Job Requirements

                • At least a Bachelor’s Degree,
                • Fluent command of written and spoken English, native Arabic,
                • Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail industry is a must, minimum 1 year of experience in e-Commerce activities is a plus,
                • Experience in retail store management is a plus,
                • Having an understanding of online shopping area,
                • Competency in MS Office Programs,
                • Having a growth mindset,
                • Willingness to do research and learn new things,
