Job Description
- Presenting the company's products to existing customers, attracting new customers and opening up new markets.
- Monitor assigned Modern trade accounts performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed.
- Ensure compliance across all parameters: shelf share, planogram, checkouts, expire date (if any), promotional activities and visibility initiatives.
- Customer focus: Conduct regular trade visits in order to understand customers’ needs and highlight opportunities.
- Build positive and mutual relationship with Modern trade teams.
- Deliver volume & value growth targets for Modern trade in line with Operating Plan (OP).
- Ensure accounts Trade spend in line with the plan.
- Follow up the customer's credit limit.
- Provide reports on competitors in the market in terms of prices, new products and advertisements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree is a must.
- Experience: 1: 3 years as sales Executive in the same industry "FMCG".
- Excellent communication and selling skills.
- Males only.
- Ismailia residences only.
- Having a driving license is a must.
- Good command of English and computer skills.
