Job Description
- Build Strong relationships with Telecom Clients and partners.
- Follow-up with partners and clients on monthly basis to reconcile financial reports.
- Align with Finance team on issuing operator invoices, Content Providers “CP “payments and costing.
- Ensure Direct Operator Billing “DCB” merchants’ products are compliant with market, mobile operators and services guidelines.
- Support in the end-to-end process of new merchants’ approval and activation of the direct operator billing.
- Monitor merchants’ launched services and execute random testing periodically.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance checks for new merchants, services and products.
- Ensure smooth products’ launches for all partners on the billing gateway.
- Actively participate in product development of billing gateway with inputs from merchants, partners and market evaluation.
- Follow up and handle any complaints or concerns from clients / partners and ensure resolution as per the defined Service Level Agreement “SLA”.
Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in the telecom industry, commercial teams focusing on Products and Services or VAS.
- Bachelor’s degree of a Business School or equivalent
- Able to easily adapt an AGILE approach to project management
- Passionate about internet, mobile, new technologies and social networks.
- Fluent Speaker of English & Arabic, (French is a plus).
- Mastering Microsoft Office suite and internet tools
- Perfect communication skills.
- Interested in taking challenges.
- Having a Commercial and business background is a plus.
- Results oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
