Job Description
Essential Duties:
- Responsible for new product development from initial research through the developmental stage and into scale up of commercial activity
- Organize and conduct pilot line trials on and off site
- Organize and conduct production line trials in conjunction with other engineers
- Propose production enhancements for coating technology as necessary
Job Requirements
- We are seeking candidates with a Minimum of a Bachelor, of Applied Arts, Department of textile printing, dyeing and finishing
- Demonstrated problem solving ability in coating processes or formulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Leadership skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
