Job Description
1. Function : System Administrator
- Install , mange ( Servers - Laptops - PCs - Printers - scanners - Copiers ).
- Install and support all programs for all computers & servers.
- Responsible of maintenance of hard ware for PC and its upgrade.
- Performing Periodic Maintenance for all PCs ( Servers - Laptops - PCs ).
- Performing Periodic Maintenance for all Printers & Scanners.
- Performing Periodic Data Backup ( Servers - Laptops - PCs ).
- Manage security system ( DVR - Cams ).
- Searching and take the action to purchase all hardware equipment.
2. Function: ERP Administrator ( INFOR )
- Define New Users to the system.
- Adjust all settings to each new user.
- Install the application on the new user computer.
- Give the new user a small brief about the system and how to lunch it and access his output and how to print his jobs.
- Make a Backup for the system database.
- Make a daily maintenance for the system problems.
- Contact and Follow up with ( ERP Consultant Company ) if there is any problems.
3. Function: Network Administrator
- Design network and security strategy.
- Build and manage a network system.
- Internet configuration ( Routers – Switches – ADSL ) and supporting for company users.
- Solve any network problems for users( Hardware-Software ).
4. Function : Websites & Mails Support
- Create new mails for new employees.
- Follow up paying and renewing our website domains & hosting & mails ( Godaddy ).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position.
- Excellent command of English Language. (Technical)
- Excellent IT, communication, leadership and management skills.
