Process Accounts Receivable paperwork as it relates to a month-end close.
Supervise General Accounting, Fixed Assets & Insurance Accountant, and GL Accountant with maintaining insurance policies and payments.
Perform weekly balancing functions of various sub-ledgers to the general ledger.
Perform ERP system analysis to detect and resolve process issues that affect the statement of the general ledger.
Perform month-end reporting and analysis.
Coordinate in any other functional areas of accounting as time allows.
Other job activities as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred.
Experience in supervisory accounting function; 5-7 years – preferably in retail.
Strong analytical skills that include the ability to detect errors, determine the cause of information errors, and how to correct these errors.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively train and motivate direct reports and peers.
Ability to develop ad hoc statistical-based reports using Excel, with advanced formulas.

Ability to deal with ERP system functionality for researching cause and effect relationships and problem solving.
